First I will say I was very exited to get Ninja Trader and had a pleasant demo period. So much so I created a personal and business account. That's when things stopped being pleasant.
With my business account there was alot of back and forth with documents and bank records which was not a big deal. I started the creation of this account Feb 9th and I am lucky If I get a response once a week. I did find one rep who would correspond daily but this issue was beyond his control. All I keep getting is my account is in review.
After being fed up with the business side of things I created a personal account. More progress here account was instantly approved, so I purchased market data and started simulation account. I went through the steps of funding my account from my bank account. My bank confirmed plaid was setup correctly with Ninja trader but my account says under review and I cant transfer funds to my Ninja trader account. And now I am back in the waiting for customer support to email me with solutions.
Is there a way to escalate to the next level to get my two accounts going. sending a message to a chat bot and getting a auto response that there are no live agents available then waiting a week for a response seems unacceptable to me.
