Ninjatrader POA Discretionary Trading Agreement Form

Does Ninjatrader provide a stock discretionary trading agreement form or do we provide our own for establishing a POA account?

Yes, you can answer my question.
Most brokers and or clearing firms have their own stock power of attorney discretionary trader forms.
They are pretty much the only form that they will accept as legal and binding.

Does Ninjatrader require such a form and do they have a stock form or do we just provide our own?

PS We have had no luck getting a response from either Ninjatrader brokerage support or new accounts.
