2-Factor Authentication

I log in Ninja Trade Account web site using my Google Account.

What is is the password that I need to apply to enable 2-Factor Authentication? I tried with the same password from my Google Account but it wasn´t work!

Thank you for the message.

If you want to enable and utilize the 2FA, please use the steps below to add a more traditional Username and Password alongside your Google Sign-in:

1. Click here and enter your email to have the full Username sent to your email
2. Copy the long Google/Apple Username from your email and paste it at this link here
3. Use the long google/apple username to create a custom password
4. Sign in to trader.tradovate.com with the long google/apple username and newly created password. Do not click sign in with Google/Apple
5. Click Application Settings in the upper right corner and select Your Profile
6. Click Change Username

From here, you can use the Username and Password you just made as the password to activate the 2 Factor Authentication.

Oh.. Oh..

I followed the step-by-step above.

After step 4, Tradovate web site asked me to accept/sign documents (similar the first access). I accepted everything and logged in Tradovate.

Follow steps 5 and 6 to change the USERNAME.

I logout from TRADOVATE and logged again with new USERNAME and NEW PASSWORD. OK here! Just display my demo account... My APEX account didn´t show!

But when I logged in Account Ninja Trader Web Site, the Home page is running in LOADING MODE.... Nothing appears for me

Could you help me??

• Make sure you write in from the Email address that is connected to your account.
• Make sure you include the Username you are using to sign in.

You should have warned when I asked and not sent the step-by-step.

Now I'm having problems to access my account and I'll have to explain everything to the support team

About 1 hour later access started to work fine and I got success to enable the 2FA.
