2000 tick chart

Hey guys,

I'm having problem with the appearance of 2000 tick charts, I don't understand why candles are shown like this. Could you help me please what should I set for the correct appearance of the charts? Thanks a lot.

Thank you for posting.

Please right click in your chart and select "Reload All Historical Data". If the issue persists to ensure you do not have any corrupt data stored please use the steps I have provided below to delete your historical data:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 8
• Open the db folder
• Delete the cache, day, minute and tick folders
• Restart NinjaTrader

Please let me know if your chart then loads as expected.

I've tried your instructions but didn't work out unfortunately. The chart is still looks like on the image above.

Any other idea what the problem could be?

Can you tell me what data provider you are connected to within NinjaTrader.

Some thoughts ...

The ES 03-25 contract has (as of today) moved to 06-25.
Does this still happen on the 06-25 contract?

See that left arrow in the upper right corner of the chart?
Try clicking on it with the mouse.
