How can I reference a closed source Dll file in a newly created strategy? I'm not looking to to see the code in the closed source dll, I just want to add it to my new strategy. Is it possible?

Welcome to the NinjaTrader forums!
If this is not a NinjaScript that was exported from NinjaTrader, place the file in Documents\NinjaTrader 8\bin\Custom.
Add a reference to the file in the NinjaScript Editor.
From the strategy you will need to know the namespace, class, and method names in the assembly to use in the script.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
