Ninjatrader account opening from mumbai india

ASKING FOR MY FAMILY MEMEBER,

My family member is from Mumbai, India.

He wants to open future trading account directly from India.

Indian government has law which permits indian citizens to do trading in USA market.

Question is- will Ninjatrader allow him? He will not have Social security number like USA people. Then how can he proceed?

Also, for money deposit- do you allow to accept international wire transfers coming from his Indian bank account?
