What trading hours are appropriate for GOLD

Would I use the CME US Index futures ETH as well? I am looking at the options and dont see one for GOLD

If there isn't one with the Times that you want, you are welcome to create your own Custom Template with your desired times of the day.

No, CME US Index Futures (ETH) is for equity indices, not gold. For gold, you’ll need COMEX Gold Futures (GC) or Gold Options (OG).
