Does NT8 support opening a live account in Vietnam?

I am Vietnamese. I want to access and trade on the NT8 platform gold futures contracts and indices, currency pairs. But it seems that NT8 does not support opening a live account in Vietnam.
Some trading codes I want to participate in are GC (gold futures), 6A 6B 6E (currency pair futures), CL (crude oil futures)

How can I participate in trading these commodities? please guide me.
