Unmanaged stop/profit orders being hit by wrong order

How do I link a profit target and stop loss order to to an unmanaged order so that they can't be used to close other active orders? For example, say I submit an unmanaged long order and it gets filled. I create an unmanaged stop and profit order (with same OCO) in OnExecutionUpdate. Say the stop target is only a few ticks below the entry and the profit target is far away. Now, say the market moves up some and I submit another long entry that is filled and I create a stop and profit target in the same way as the first. Now, say the market immediately turns around and hits the stop loss for the second order that was just filled. Instead of the second order being closed, the first order is closed which removes the stop/profit orders for the second order and now the first order's stop/profit remain active until the second order hits one of them. How do I link the stop/profit orders to a specific entry order so other active orders can't use them as an exit?
