Subaccount + another trader

Hi, I set up my account and I need help solving the following questions: can I grant permission to another trader to trade the account or I am the only one allowed to trade it? In case this option is positive, how can I do it? What do I need to give permission to someone else? My second question is, can I open subaccounts ? If yes, I would like to know how (steps, how many I can open, if it is possible to copy the trades between these accounts and how). Thank you
