New live account on NT8 version 8.0.28.0

Hi, Can any one please provide any info if I'm good to use the log in for my recently approved live account (dashboard log in) on the previous version 8.0.28.0?

Thank you for your post.

It will depend on your live license key (if you have it, it doesn't get issued any longer, since it's not required in the new version of NinjaTrader) and your live account username.

Please email us your log and trace files right from the NinjaTrader platform (by going to Help-> Email Support), plus confirm your account number with NinjaTrader Brokerage, so we can advise you further. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

NinjaTrader_Oxana i tried using the email support in the platform.. got a notification that the attachment cannot be sent but the email will go through.. do you have an email? should I use [email protected] address to you?

Yes, you can email us to that address. Plus confirm your account number with NinjaTrader Brokerage and attach your log and trace files.

• Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
