is WISE money transfer for withdrawal accepted by Ninjatrader?

Hi, I've been trying to withdraw my funds a couple of times now using the bank details I used/saved on the dashboard but have no success so far getting 2x notification that the funds have been deposited back to my live account. The treasury team had advised my bank only accepts AUD currency so on the second attempt I followed this prompt, but the same thing happened. Please also note, the bank details I used/saved were exactly the same bank details I used on my first succesful withdrawal sometime in April. I've also communicated with my beneficiary bank and they said there has been no change to the SWIFT code. Unfortunately, I cannot see/ check the SWIFT code when I first set up the bank detail in the ninjatrader dashboard for wthdrawals, is there anyway to do/check this? Only thing I can think of is using WISE, does ninjatrader accept WISE details for withdrawals ?
