Is there a way to add an additiional Sim Account to the Web platform?

Hi, Im looking to add another sim account to my NT web account. I tried the support but was answered only how to add an account on the Application platform. Has anyone come across strong help guide similar to the Application Platform https://ninjatrader.com/support/helpguides/nt8/?

While it is not possible to add a demo account to the web platform directly, we can assist you with this from our end.

Please reply to the email you received from the technician and inform them you are referring to the web application rather than the Desktop application, they can then assist you further.
