    Withdrawal ACH/Plaid

    Hello,
I would like to have some information about the withdrawal because some things are not clear to me.

I tried to connect a bank account through ACH/Plaid, the institution name was listed and all went well until the end.
But to my surprise at the end of the process I got this message:
"Institution can't be linked via compliance regulation, please try with a different institution"
What does it mean? If the bank joins Plaid why does Ninja block it?

Thanks in advance, for any help you can provide.

    Cheers,
    Max

        Hello leandrohrusso,

        Thank you for your post.

Due to compliance reasons we are unable to accept funds from 3rd party payment services, like Wise.

The funds must originate from an account at an accredited bank held by the same legal entity as your brokerage account.

Plaid may offer a connection to the Wise payment service, but as an institution we are unable to accept payments from them.

            Hello leandrohrusso,

            Thank you for your note.

My apologies, to clarify further only US based bank accounts at an accredited bank can be linked via Plaid for ACH.

If you are using an international bank you would withdraw you funds via an international SWIFT wire.

For more information on withdrawing by wire you may click here.

fwiw - This makes it _VERY_ expensive and cumbersome for international clients to get funds in and out of your platform. I have 2 USD ACH accounts, and yet I cannot use either here, but I can with other brokers (as my name is attached to them and taken as the legal OK). For smaller accounts, the transaction fees of both the banks and the hefty fee Ninjatrader charges for wires can make competitors more attractive.

same problem with my usd wise account today. I can't make the connection for withdrawal via ACH.
I believe my WISE account is really just my USD account. It's not some general WISE account as is common with 3rd party payment services.
Is it because I'm living in Europe and also my WISE USD is "based" in Europe? Or even if I have USD account with WISE and I'm based in US it would not work because it is WISE account?
