Thanks for your post.
NinjaTrader no longer issues License Keys and has switched to an Account Plan model. You could log into the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard at account[dot]ninjatrader[dot]com to subscribe to a Plan.
Log into the NinjaTrader Client Dashboard, click the Avatar icon in the top right corner of the Dashboard, select "Settings", select the "Plans" tab, and click the 'Upgrade" button to choose a plan.

Are you using NinjaTrader 8.0.28.0 or 8.1.1.6? This could be found in the Help > About window.
What exactly does the message report?
Have you created a NinjaTrader account on account.ninjatrader.com/welcome?
Are you trying to log into NinjaTrader Desktop using the login credentials you use to log into the NinjaTrader Account Dashboard?
Please send a screenshot showing the window with the license key message so I may see what you are seeing.- To send a screenshot with Windows 10 or newer I would recommend using the Windows Snipping Tool.
- Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save it as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I updated the application and it seems to have stopped the message. Now the issues is nothing happens when I login. I enter the username and password correctly and I verify the 2fa. After that I do a capthca and then nothing happens. Am I missing something?

Please write in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with a brief description of your inquiry and attach your log and trace files by following the steps below. One of our Support technicians will assist you with this as soon as they are available.
Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email.- Open your NinjaTrader folder under, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents")
- Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
- Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
- Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

It is possible to import your existing license key into your account. This will enable all of the entitlements of the license available with the previous version.
Below is a link to the support document with instructions.
3rd party addons use separate licensing. Instead of a license key, the vendor will have your MachineID which enables the addon on a specific machine.
Updating to the latest release should not cause the MachineID to change, but it is possible for this to change.
The Machine ID is generated using information about your hardware and BIOS and is used to uniquely identify the computer for security purposes and for vendor licensing. This Machine ID is meant to remain constant unless there has been a change with the system.
If the ID does change, the new MachineID will need to be sent to each 3rd party vendor that has licensed your machine for an addon using the NinjaTrader Vendor Licensing system.
The vendor will update the MachineID and the addon will be enabled on your computer once more.
This MachineID does not grant remote access to your computer and is only used to identify the computer for licensing and security.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service

They said that the new version of NT8, don't need a license so the new dashboard is not like that anymore and that orderflow indicator should be paid $59 a month. NT8 people or owner have changed the rule since a license key will not paid for the NT8, because of the license key so they thought of a way to paid for user by asking Them to paid for the Order flow and the old indicator, maybe even the free indicator later we have to paid for it. I want a refund because I paid almost 3K for the software and use all indicator.

You are correct, in that license keys are no longer issued and all Addons will be purchased with the account. However, for those that have already bought a license key, importing that license key into your account will provide the features of that license to the account, including Order Flow+ if the license key is a Lifetime license. You will not have to pay a second time for the Order Flow+ addon.
