    Account not found on app?

    Hello,

    When I installed the app, my evaluation account based on Rithmic data feed is not found, rather I only see options of demo account or opening a new live account?

    Please help.

    If you're not seeing your evaluation account, it's possible that your username may be missing the necessary enablement to access that account through the platform.

    Please send an email to [email protected] with your username and a brief description of the issue so the team can review and assist in enabling access.
