OHLC bars not showing on mobile

Only for /ES future that I can tell. Bars do show for oil, MES, etc...... please advise.

Thank you for the message.

Please try the following to make the ES bars plot again:

• Force close and completely exit the app, then reopen and test again
• Make sure the app is updated to the most current version and test again
• Make sure the device is fully updated and install any needed updates and test again
• Fully uninstall the app, restart the device, and then reinstall the app and test again

If the bars are still not loading in for the ES after all the steps above, please send an email directly to ClientServices[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with some screenshots of what it looks like on your mobile device along with the device type, model, OS version, and app version so that we may investigate the behavior further. (Do NOT post that here on the forum as it is publicly facing)
