    not receiving push notifications

    Hi, I recently changed phones and no longer receive the app push notifications on trades despite rechecking settings and trying to clear app data and reinstall.

    Thank you for the message.

    The Development team is aware of a behavior where mobile notifications are not being delivered and are actively working to resolve this moving forward.

    Until they have been able to resolve that, you may not see those notifications or get a message saying they were unable to be delivered.
    • You can just ignore those for now.

    Once the notifications are working as normal again, you should see that and know its been resolved.
