    App freezes when login via google

    Hi there

    The app keeps freezing on Android if I try to login via Google. It worked last week.

    I reinstalled, cleared the cache and so on. It didn't help.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Unfortunately at this time our troubleshooting of the mobile app for NT is limited.

    Besides advising to restart to correct or uninstalling/reinstalling (which you have done) we can additionally advise:

    -Making sure you have the latest version of the app

    -Making sure your phone system is up to date

    -And making sure you have a stable mobile/network connection

    There is not much else to be done in situations like these. Usually restating the app resolves it.

      Hi, I have same problem.The app keeps freezing on Android if I try to login with Google e-mail. After 30 sec. I get notification Ninja Trader does not react..

        Thank you for reaching out.

        Please confirm that you have:

        -Uninstalled and re-installed the latest version of the Mobile app

        -Making sure your phone system is up to date

        -And making sure you have a stable mobile/network connection (you may want to try alternating between your Mobile Network and WiFi and seeing if it works with one or the other)

        If you have done the above the your Mobile app is still freezing, please let us know!

          Hi Eric, I did everything, but it does not work.I think the problem is, if you try to sign in with Google (Gmail e-mail). I use google email for ninja trader account desktop/web and it works fine.

            and let them know Google Sign On for the Mobile app is not working for you?

            They will be able to assist further if you write into that inbox rather than the forum, for login issues of this type.
