Reset the Simulator Account

Hello there,

I cannot reset the Simulator Account.
On the Web version i see the folowing popup "Failed to execute request: Maximum cash amount in the simulation account must be less than or equal to $50,000" i tried multiple numbers, alway same popup.

On the Desktop version, when i go Edit Account, there is no reset bottom, when i add a new sim account, it won't be listed.
Everybody talk about Sim101, i only have Simulator which is the demo account.

Unlike internal Desktop simulation accounts, such as the Sim101 account, the DEMO account cannot be reset. However, funds can be added to it. You can review this process at the link below:

If you'd prefer to use the internal simulation accounts on NinjaTrader Desktop for whatever reason, you would need to put your Desktop platform into Multi Provider mode and then create your connection. To enable Multi Provider mode and connect, please reference the links below:

Please do note that Sim101 and other locally hosted simulation accounts are exclusively accessible in NinjaTrader Desktop. They cannot be used in the Web or Mobile application, which would only be able to access the DEMO.
