cannot login to Rithmic since 3/1 evening

Hello,

I have been using both the R trader and NJ trader app for about one month with no issues.

I am not able to connect to Rithmic since 3/1 evening. On Ninja trader app I get the ERROR box message - My Rithmic for Ninja Trader Brokage : Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection."

On the R trader app - it just hangs on the loading screen with 20 seconds remaining.

Is rithmic down? if not how can I fix this issue that suddenly showed up? I have bot added for removed anything on my Trading PC.

Hello,

If you still cannot connect to R trader, please reach out to your evaluation service provider to check if there are any issues with Rithmic or your account in general. You will need to be able to login to R trader to connect within NinjaTrader.
