    "Not enough stoploss orders"

    I'm managing my orders using a custom class to stop and update a bunch of info as needed. I also manage my stop and take price here, and when I hit my 'stop' I submit and exitorder.

    I keep getting an alert in the mobile app that I don't have enough stoploss orders, though every entry has a stop as part of it. Why am I receiving this?

    Thank you for your post.

    Please follow the steps below to email us to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com your screenshot of the error message, account number if your account is with NinjaTrader Brokerage and log, trace files if you are using NinjaTrader Desktop.
    • Open the Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E)
    • Then navigate to, "Documents" > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
