Platform issue

Hello, all,

I ran into a platform issue that had me uninstall and reinstall. When I log in it asks me to subscribe to data or go sim. I have data through apex and a key through apex. How do I change these?

PS. I would rather have the desktop program version is it still available?

The license key would be imported into the Client Portal.

NinjaTrader_ChelseaB Thank you. I have managed to add my license key but when I start the program it is still asking me to purchase live data or go sim. Any ideas?

This would suggest multi-provider mode is not enabled.

Choose simulation. Then enable multi-provider mode.
