    Sim on mobile app

    Hello, I have an account that I use to trade live and sim on my desktop and I recently downloaded the mobile app to my phone. My live trading account is linked to the mobile app, but when I attempt to switch over to the simulation environment, it says there is no account. I haven't found a way to add another account either. Any suggestions? Thanks!

      NinjaTrader_Zachary If this is not currently "standard", but is obviously something users will want, and it can be configured to make this possible, it should be documented as to how to do it. It should not be a "behind the scenes, special request" feature.

        Thank you for your reply.

        I understand where you are coming from. However, it's not a 'behind the scene, special request' feature. I asked him to write in so that I can look at his specific account details in case something is wrong. Since we don't want people sharing their personal information over the forum for their own privacy, it's better to work requests like this directly over email.

          Its not, we are working to ensure sim accounts are automatically added meaning, you logon and its there.

          I think you can just logon to the Dashboard (via ninjatrader.com) and once in, click on person avatar top right corner, settings, under Accounts, there is a button "Add an account" or something to that effect, this might work.

              Thank you everyone for the help. I just needed to go open up NinjaTrader Web, add a SIM account, and it showed up on my mobile app.
