Download tickdata from 2019 till today

NinjaTrader_ChristopherJ aaah ok.

For now I fixed it that for backtesting the orders will be put on the 1 minute data series and when realtime bars happen it will be put on the tick series.

Currently the NinjaTrader connection only provides 1 year of historical Tick data and unfortunately we do not have any other supported data providers that offer more than 1 year of Tick data.

Dear support,

In my current strategy I place all unmanaged orders on the tickdata to get intra bar grainilarity.
But due to this, instead fo using just the 1 minute, my backtesting range has been shortened from 2019 to only 2024.
This due to the fact that tick data is not available for this period.

I tried to download the tickdata in tools > historical data. But it does not seem to download anything?

Is there any way to get access to this data?
