Website not working/can't communicate via chat

Hey.

When I log into my account on NinjaTrader website, the window is just blank. Tried changing browsers but it's the same.
Without logging in, it's ok. But I want to speak to support and the chat balloon is simply not there.
Can someone help me, please?

Please note that on the latest version of NT8 Desktop, a new Chat feature has been implemented:



However, I would suggest you contact support directly if you are not able to do so from the Online Dashboard.
