Ninjatrader alerts don't work when the screensaver is active

1. I want to confirm that the alerts don't sound if the screensaver is on and secondly if it is possible to have the alert persist through the screensaver?

When testing this on my end I do hear an alert configured to play a sound trigger when the PC's screensaver is on.

To test this I created a simple alert that checks if the Close price is greater than the Open price and is set to rearm 'On bar close'. This alert's action is to play a sound. Then, I waited a moment to let my PC's screensaver appear. After waiting for a few minutes with the screensaver active, I heard the alert sound occur multiple times.

You could do a similar test on your end to test alerts while a screensaver is active.

Ensure that the workspace in NinjaTrader that contains the alert is the active workspace in your platform. Or, open the New > Alerts Log window, right-click in the Alerts Log window, select 'Properties' and enable the 'Receive alerts from all active workspaces' property.
