What is Full Margin?

Hello, I never see this "Full Margin" showing up in my NinjaTrader web or on the NinjaTrader desktop app. But in the mobile app it shows up under the default "Value" tab of an account. I do see that the number corresponds to the "Initial" column found on this link (https://ninjatrader.com/pricing/margins/) but I guess I don't understand the point of it. When if ever would this "Full Margin" be applied at the end of the day? What is the scenario when that number would come into play?

I realize this isn't exactly a question about the mobile app itself and more about the financials of futures trading. But since I've never seen that number show up anywhere else in NinjaTrader than in the mobile app, I'm asking here.
