Thank you for the post.
I wanted to check if you are currently using version 8.0.7.1, could you check the Help -> About menu and ensure you are?
If so, could you also tell me do you currently have custom drawing objects imported or created as you noted this happens when accessing the drawing menu?
I would also like to look at your log and trace files, could you send an email to platform support [at] ninjatrader.com and include the ticket id: 1735823
You can do this using the Help -> Mail to platform support menu from the platform and check the log and trace files box.

Thank you for checking that.
Could you please update to the newest version and then retest and check if you still have the same problem?- First save your license key to a document
- You can locate your license key by going to Help> License Key
- Now exit NinjaTrader
- you can redownload NinjaTrader from http://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
- Paste your license key
- Select Submit
- Download and then run the installer
