I've tried to reproduce again, and I am not able to encounter the same issues you are.

Before we troubleshoot further, could you confirm that you are on the latest version of NinjaTrader 8? The current version is R7 and you can verify this from the NinjaTrader Control Center under Help > About.

I am using NT 8.0.7.0

I just retested and now NT is functioning properly !!
Between now and our last communication, Windows 10 did a large update and in the process restarted my pc. I think one of those two things fixed the problem. If it reoccurs, I will email you per above.
