SubmitOrderUnManaged sending wrong instrument

Hi -

There is an intermittent order issue with my strategy where it's submitting an unmanaged order for a DataSeries instrument (i.e. "DVOL") instead of "ES 06-17."

My chart settings are set to 3 minutes w/ES 06-17 as the primary instrument. All the DataSeries instruments are market internal related (i.e. DVOL, UVOL, etc.) and are set to 3M timeframes. No multi-timeframe.

My unmanaged order is submitted when "BarsInProgress == 0" and I use the "0" bars index when I submit my order using:

SubmitOrderUnmanaged(0,...)

This is an intermittent issue as it works most of the time as it should, but sometimes it doesn't. Please advise.
