Hello Lucero,
Yes, you can add NinjaScript strategies to the Strategies tab of the Control Center in addition to being able to assign them to a chart.
Once in the Strategies tab of the Control Center, you will want to right click and select New Strategy to add a strategy to the Strategies tab.
