Start a strategy ignore historical strategy position

I would like to start a strategy and have it ignore any existing strategy positions. It always starts as flat and will take new entries.

In a nt7 forum it was suggested in response to a question to :

Yes, you can add the following line to OnBarUpdate() which means the strategy is only run against real-time data.

if (Historical)
return;

This did not work for me in NT8 ...error upon compile... CS0103.

How might I accomplish this in NT8?

The equivilant of if(Historical) return in NT8 would be,

if(State ==State.Historical) return;
