in conditions and actions in the strategy builder i specify exitlong and entershort, expecting the results to be a position reverse from long to short. however the entershort leg does not occur. help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for writing in to our Support team.

You can use the EnterShort() command without the ExitLong() attached to it in order to process the reversal. Calling EnterShort() will effectively reverse your position when you are in a long position, when calling both ExitLong() and EnterShort() overfill errors can occur.
