Thanks for writing in.

The errors you are reporting are from the Playback Connection not having enough historical data to fill an order.

When a strategy cannot submit an order, it cancels itself. This behavior is expected as you will not be able to make profit as the strategy outlines if you missed an entry order and had an other order placed to exit your position. The exit order would then enter you into the market at an undesired moment.

To prevent running into this error in the Playback Connection, please make sure you have enough historical data downloaded for that period of time before you connect to the Playback Connection.

The Playback Connection is documented with tutorial videos and instructions on how to download data for and use the Playback Connection.
