How to prevent Unmanaged strategy to place order on each incoming bar?
I would like to place the order only one time but strategy place order on each bar.

You could use a bool to determine if you've already placed an entry.
For example:

private bool entryPlaced = false;

if (!entryPlaced)
{
EnterLong();
entryPlaced = true;
}

You can also use an Order object and check that the order object is null.
For example:
