Was unable to close a position

Hi,

I faced a very strange situation while testing with the NT FXCM demo account this morning.

Background: I'm using NT8.0.2.0. I have 9 strategies trading FX. I had an open 10K position but the OCO Profit Target and Stop Loss were missing when I reviewed my open positions. I then tried to close the 10K position manually. To my surprise - trying to close it by buying 10K actually doubled my 10K short to 20K short. I tried to close it again in the same manner and the position doubled to 40K and then finally to 80K short!. I had to restart NT in order to close the position.

So to recap, two problems: 1) What happen to my bracket order, why was it missing? 2) Why wasn't I able to the close the position and why offsetting a short position by buying at market instead further increased my short position?

I think there is a serious bug here. Please let me know what you need to investigate this issue.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
