I'm not certain this would be successful. Renko and other bar types that change the open price are typically not suited for building other bar types (or backtesting or TickReplay). The renko may change it's open information but the overlying bar type would not go back and adjust for those changes.

It might be something you can give a try, but note, this would be very advanced C# and unfortunately I would not have any example resources I could point you toward.
