strategy analyzer

I have a problem with the strategy analyzer. When I select a day, for example, 16 May, to see its performance, I find that I gain $100$, but when I select the whole month of May and see what happened on the 16 of it, I find that I gain $600$. Why?

When you change the amount of days that the strategy trades over that will also likely change the results. You would have to look at the executions to see what specifically happened differently when adding more data. You can also use print statements in the strategies code if this is something you made to see how it logically worked in both tests.

Yeah, I think this is because the moving averages changed when you give them more data

But when i check, this is not true. when i open a chart and load 5 days with moving averages, they stay in the same price. when i load only 1 day soo i still now what changed

Hello Adamel,

In that case you would need to use prints to see what logically changed in your two tests. You would have to check how your conditions evaluated in each test and then compare the results.
