Topstep account is not working with my strategy

Hi there,

I have a strategy that works perfect its not a automated algo im using a streamdeck to place orders essentially and the strategy auto places my stoploss but it doesnt work in topstep Ive researched their site and they say algo trading and strategy trading on nt8 is allowed is there a problem with my code or something?

You need to make sure that your topstep account that you bought was initially bought for the NinjaTrader platform.
Any other platform will not be able to connect or you would have to buy a new account.

I have a topstep ninja account it wouldnt connect to ninja if it wasn't that

Can you please provide more detail as to how the strategy "isn't working" on your Topstep account?

Are you not able to enable it on the account (i.e. you cannot select the Account in the strategy's properties)?

Are you seeing some kind of error?
