Limit Order when Close above/below Horizontal line

Hello, im trying to build an strategy that submit a limit order at the price of the Horizontal Line when 5min closes above this line. I never delete this line because I have an alert attach to it so I move it everyday to the desire price level. I couldn't figure out how to set this drawn object as a paramenter in the Strategy Builder. I could set it as a parameter in the Alerts window so I thought it would be something similar

To do this in the builder you would have to make either a double user input or a variable that stores the target price for the line. By doing that you could supply that input or variable to a condition checking if the close has crossed about it. To make a cross above from a single value you can use Misc -> numeric value in the cross condition.
