Negative parameter (Input) in Strategy Builder

Hello. I am creating strategy, and want to use a negative input (later a parameter) as a condition to enter a short trade. For example: Price Oscilator. A condition that I want to create es that it only enters short trades, when de price oscilator is -5 or less. Therefore I woul like to create an Input, like "ShortPriceOscilatorTreshhold", and give it a Value of -5. Then create the condition that it enters a Short trade when the price oscilator is less than "ShortPriceOscilatorTreshhold", in this case -5, or any other negative number that I want to use. Nevertheless, NT8 strategy builder does not let me use a negative input. What can I do?

The Strategy Builder does allow you to use negative values for inputs as long as you have set the Min to the smallest value you are willing to accept.

When you added the input, what did you set as the Min?

The min I am willling to accept is -20. So Ican use double, and in the Min I will put -20. Ok, thanks
