Compiling a strategy causes change of data series type/value
I am using version 8.1.4.1 64-bit, and I am developing a strategy. The strategy is intended to run on range data type, so I set the data type and value in the strategy tester before a test run. If I then recompile the strategy for any reason, the data type and value in the strategy tester are changed to type "Minute" and value "1". If I don't pay attention to these changes, I waste time with an invalid backtest or optimization run. Plus, the altered "1 Minute" values can easily get saved in the template file, further adding to my confusion.
