stuck Cancel Pending Order that cannot be removed.

I am using the Simulation connection and trading on the Demo Account.
I executes orders with ATM attached.

I have Sell LMT orders stuck (CANCEL PENDING, they appear yellow-orange) that I cannot cancel, not even with cancelling manually all orders or FlattenEverything.
They are also compressing the chart and I cannot see anything. I literally cannot traded because of it. Why the platform is unable to handle its own orders? It seems so absurd. So the question is actually serious,
why Ninjatrader platform cannot erase them with cancelAllOrders?

Why do they get stuck, it happens quite frequently.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening? In the code I wait three seconds to cancel all orders and flatten everything after seeing that the ATM couldn't close positions or brackets orders.

Also
This is happening often on simulation account and it gives me fear to trade on a live account. Does it mean that live account they'll stay open/active and I'll have to call in?

Hello G,

If the order is on the Sim101 reset the Sim101.

If the order is on a live demo, disconnect from the connection and reconnect and the order should be cleared.

The order can get stuck for many reasons. An invalid order, an order that was submitted when the exchange was closed, an order that did not receive an accepted update, an order that originated outside of NinjaTrader can all cause an order to be stuck.
