missing order

    missing order

    I have one weird scenario. Today at 8:24AM, the strategy issued a buy market order. I can see from log file. It was filled. Log file is as follows
    3/5/2025 8:24 Execution Execution='132881366016' Instrument='NQ MAR25' Account='xxxxxx Exchange=Default Price=20377.75 Quantity=1 Market position=Long Operation=Operation_Add Order='8175226432' Time='3/5/2025 8:24 AM'
    3/5/2025 8:24 Position Instrument='NQ MAR25' Account='xxxxxx' Average price=0 Quantity=0 Market position=Flat Operation=Remove

    However, I can't find this order at 8:24AM in the orders tab, nor in the executions tab. What is the possible root cause for this missing order?

    Hello Playdc,

    You have not provided any information about the order.

    The information you have provided is a random execution and instrument update which could have come from anywhere (the brokerage directly, web trader, mobile, or desktop).

    Do you see the order in the Trade Performance window? (not the Strategy Performance window, but the New > Trade Performance window)

      Hi, I ran the strategy on a PC. I didn't find this order in trade performance windows, but it does exist in the log windows as shown in my first post.

        There is no order information in your first post. There is only an execution and position update information.

          Sorry, I mean I only find two lines at 8:24AM related to the missing order that I showed in the first. My two friends ran the same strategy yesterday. They did have a order placed at 8:24AM and got executed. I am wondering if the missing order is due to the network glitch. However, I didn't find any connection lost around 8:24AM
