    Strategy being disabled

    Hello. I am having an issue with my strategy being disabled. It seems to be in a trade, then after a while it crashes, only saying the strategy is disabled with no other useful information.

    Disabling NinjaScript strategy 'PullBackStrategy/278923519'

    Is there a way to find out more information from somewhere? I looked at the logs and haven't seen much information other than it looks like it's trying to cancel a submitted order.

    I will try to add timestamps so I can further understand what is happening, but for now, what could I do to find out more information when it crashes like this?

    Send the log and trace files to scriptingsupport [at] ninjatrader.com if you would like us to take a look.

    Either the script has experienced a run-time error, an order error, a connection loss or disconnection, the playback time was changed, or CloseStrategy() was called in the script.

      Ok. It was live and while it's possible price could have hit my stop loss, it happened rather quick and it crashed leaving me in a trade, or at least a partial of it. With everything gone, it's hard to say if it was hit.
      As for the files, which log file would you prefer? the .en version? or the non-.en version?

        Typically we would provide instructions once you write in, however if you would like I will post the instructions here.

        Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
        • Open the (My) Documents folder in Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E)
        • Open the NinjaTrader folder
        • Right click on the 'log' folder and select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) Folder
          • Repeat this for the 'trace' folder
        • Send the two compressed folders as attachments to this email
        • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders
