Issue with overfill

I have a strategy running in a demo account on live playback, and each time it is meeting the exit criteria, there is an issue with an overfill. I've pinpointed the overfill and can see it happening, but I can't understand why. The reentry order (overfill) has the same signal name as the exit order, but I can't find anything out of order. It's a very simple condition set:

Am I missing something glaringly obvious? I do have two young kids at home so I wouldn't doubt it.

The entry orders are fine, but, for whatever reason, when either the limit order or stop order is it, it immediately (same second) submits the order again and then my entire market position is not only reversed, but reversed with no other supporting stop or limit order.

I have it running right now on live data, and will report back with prints. I missed them the first time as it happened on early morning data and I lost the information once I shut down the strategy.

Maybe someone can notice a flaw that I can't see? I am doing this all in the strategy builder, and I'm not proficient in coding, so I am way behind the experts on this one. Though, I have other strategies that seem to be running just fine with very similar logic. I can't sort out how this one is behaving as it is.

Are you calling any other entry order methods in other sets that may be becoming true?
