NYSE tick (Symbol:$TICK) data is delayed

Hello,
I am in process of transferring my algo to NT8,
The algo uses realtime $TICK data, which is usually available freely across the brokers but it looks like NT8 is providing this symbol with 10 to 15 min delay
Is there a subscription for this or do I need to play with some settings to make it realtime

I have lifetime subscription and I am also subscribed CME DOM data. Please someone explain if there is a way to get this $TICK in realtime

Thank you for you post.

If your account is with NinjaTrader Brokerage in order to receive real time data for the TICK Index you would be required to subscribe to the Dow & Key Indices.
