Realtime trade on close of open historical trade

Hello,

My strategy was in an open or active trade on transition from historic to real-time, e.g. color is yellow instead of green in the Strategy tab in Control Center, and when the closing condition was hit during real-time, the close of the trade triggered a real and dangling trade. This is in Sim mode, so thankfully no harm done. I though the close of a historic open trade wouldn't cause this. What do I need to do to handle this situation, i.e. not generate a real trade when closing an open historic trade?

Hello silverm3170,

When a historical trade is closed that is also a historical order, are you sure that it wasn't just that your entry condition was true once that position had closed? If the conditions to trade are true the strategy could trade immediately after closing the historical trade.
