Strategy immediately buys after exiting short sell even though criteria for long/buy has not been met. How to fix?

Hello mthcap700,

That heavily depends on how you created the conditions to trade. If it buys right after it exits that likely means the buy condition is remaining true until the exit happens where it then buys. You can use Print statements to check how your conditions are evaluating over time to get a better idea of what may need to change.
